2023, 2024, and 2025 Centurion and Supreme Salesman of the year! David was born in Iron Mountain, Michigan but grew up out here on the West Coast with his Mom and Dad. When his parents got their first MasterCraft he instantly fell in love. David has a deep passion for wakeboarding and sharing his boating experience and knowledge to everyone he connects with on the water. He's a graduate out of Oregon State University and has been apart of the NWBS family since 2013! In his free time, you can find David on the water with his crew and spreading the stoke!
Bruce was born and raised in Portland, OR Has been boating and water skiing for over 40 years. He bought his first boat in June of 1979, has owned one, ever since! Bruce has been a competitive short line slalom skier since 1987. Still skis 3-5 times per week in the Summer. Wake surfing has also been added to his library of water sports. Bruce surfs with his wife and two daughters, avid boater Loves drinking California and Oregon red wines. Off season training includes Pilates 3-4 times per week lap swimming 2-3 miles per week and long walks with his wife and dog Penny Bruce has been selling sport performance tow boats for over 14 years. Mastercrafts for the entire time, MB Sports, Centurion and Supreme, added 8 years ago.

Ryan was born in Klamath Falls, Oregon but is a local in Milwaukie's Island Station neighborhood on the Willamette River. At the age of 15 he met Pat (Owner) and have shared their passion for boats and wakeboarding ever since. A brotherhood quickly blossomed as they worked together for MasterCraft and have been turning their dreams into reality ever since. Ryan has a beautiful daughter who loves to be on the boat with her dad and together create memories which will last a lifetime. "At the end of the day family is really all that matters and giving my daughter the love for boating will forever be my greatest accomplishment."
Cody was born and raised right here in the PNW. His passion is European cars and anything "fast or sketchy" He's been working for NWBS since 2018 and has been an integral part of our service department since he walked through the doors!

Carly was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida but moved to the PNW in 2015. She has a love for travel, food, and people! She has been with NWBS since 2020 and loves working in an environment where everyone is passionate about their job.

Ty was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington and has been there ever since! His parents always had a boat in the water growing up so this industry is nothing new to him. Ty is one of a kind in his craft and he's been paving the way for specialized boat painters since the late 90's. "We are just simply the best in the business. We've been doing it longer than everyone and can't wait to show you results."

Cary was born in Cocoa Beach, Florida and landed on the west coast when he was just a kid. He began his passion by painting cars in High School and eventually made the switch to boats in 2003. Cary bought his first MasterCraft in 89' and has been stylin' on the water ever since. He's a legend in the industry and takes Gel work to the next level. "I've seen it all, take your boats to NWBS because we have the best team around."
Mike was born and raised in Southern Oregon on the river. He is an outdoors person and loves spending his free time with his family. Mike's been with NWBS for 4 years. He loves what he does and everybody around the shop. "It's so fun to work for a company that cares about their employees."
